Main Courses
Birdsong fish parcels
In each individual parcel a special herb mixture is added to two types of fresh fish as an example red snapper, blue fin or salmon on top of the fish is placed scallops and prawns.

Spicy bean a mixture of 5 beans with our secret spicy mix added
greek, a beautiful mixture with of course lots of feta cheese to top it off
cous cous, this is not cooked but marinated in oil and lemon juice with a hint of chilli mixed with red and green peppers and fresh herbs.
Dessert
Wedding cake served with a berry coulis, flavoured with rose water and at the side a mixture of seasonal fruit.
