The Farmhouse has spectacular views of the Otways across Pennyroyal Valley. Nestled in towering gums and tree ferns, the path meanders down to the valley you have acres of space to catch fat yabbies, trout, perch and blackfish or play tennis, volleyball, cricket, practice your golf swing or just enjoy the gardens.

 Shower and toilet This is a two way shower and toilet shared between the main double and the bunk room. Whoever is ib can lock the doors to the other side.This gives an ensuite to the two rooms. |
