The Farmhouse has spectacular views of the Otways across Pennyroyal Valley. Nestled in towering gums and tree ferns, the path meanders down to the valley you have acres of space to catch fat yabbies, trout, perch and blackfish or play tennis, volleyball, cricket, practice your golf swing or just enjoy the gardens.

 Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with equipment to cater for 30 people. It has a fridge freezer, microwave new stainless steel fan oven. There is also another fridge freezer in the rear of the cottage to keep drinks cold.There are plenty of work surfaces and a very large pantry. |
