The Farmhouse has spectacular views of the Otways across Pennyroyal Valley. Nestled in towering gums and tree ferns, the path meanders down to the valley you have acres of space to catch fat yabbies, trout, perch and blackfish or play tennis, volleyball, cricket, practice your golf swing or just enjoy the gardens.

 Bunkroom This bunkroom has two sets of bunks hence sleeping 4. They are hand built and are adult sized with proper sprung mattresses. There is room if needed for one extra single bed. |
