Location

Drive on the Dean's Marsh-Lorne Rd to Dean's Marsh, then:

Turn right if coming from Melbourne
Or left if coming from Lorne into Pennyroyal Valley Rd - between the Dean's Marsh Primary School and the Art gallery housed in the converted Church.
Drive 8 km down Pennyroyal Valley Rd.
After 1km, you pass Pennyroyal Farm on the left, continue down a steep hill (drive slowly), cross over the crossroad, pass Gentle Annie's Berry Farm (pass if you can) on the right, pass Wildwood Retreat on the left, go over a bridge, do not turn right into Dunse's Track, but keep going straight down Pennyroyal Valley Rd.
Birdsong Country Retreat is the next property 1km on your left - some 8kn from the Dean's Marsh turnoff.
Turn left at the Birdsong Country Retreat Sign and enter the property, cross slowly over the bridge, and drive up the hill.
The Farmhouse is the first cottage, second is the Jackeroo and the Stockman's is the third cottage.
