	Bird Song Retreat We invite you to explore our 60 acre retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy. There is an abundance of wildlife as well as our alpacas on the retreat.
	The Farm House The Farmhouse has spectacular views of the Otways across Pennyroyal Valley. Nestled in towering gums and tree ferns. It has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. It will sleep 16/18 in comfort. It is also perfect for meetings and we have even held a wedding dinner for 30 in the lounge/dining area.
	Jackeroo's Cottage The perfect romantic weekend getaway. This cottage has two bedrooms and a spa bath overlooking the valley.There is a separate shower room and toilet. You are completely private in your cottage hideaway. Why not order a massage in your cottage during your stay.
	Stockmans Cottage Our three bedroom spa cottage with views to the Otway national park. It can also be used as a one or two bedroom cottage.It is ideal for two famlies as it has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
	Weddings We can hold weddings at our retreat from 35-125 guests. We have a barn that can seat 125 which makes the perfect setting for a winter wedding. For larger groups a marquee is erected down by the water lilies.
	Conferences/seminars We have held many seminars and conferences. Here are some picturess of the barn set up in various ways. References can be shown from our clients.
	The Homestead This is the new cottage that we are building. (very slowly)
	Near by attractions We are surrounded by all sorts of attractions, fromm the waterfalls of the Otways,The 12 Apostles and the many wineries and food stops. The nearest from the cottages being Gentle Annies Fruit farm
