The Weekend Wedding Concept
Weddings held at Birdsong are special events. We like to be able to sit down and help plan your special day. It is normally a weekend affair with members of the family and friends sometimes flying in from overseas or interstate and it could be the first time they have met so, there is always plenty of time for chatting. You could even spend the Saturday morning down at the beach in Lorne or have a relaxing massage in your cottage.
We can provide a family BBQ or informal supper on the Friday night if required as well as the wedding feast and the brunch breakfast on the Sunday morning. We can cater for all diets and budgets give us ring to discuss your requirements.
We have held weddings from 30-125 and have the Barn and plenty of space to erect a marquee for that bigger wedding.
We supply everything that is required in our complete wedding package all that is needed is the bride, groom and guests.
There are no strict finishing times as you are renting the retreat and we do not charge by the hour.
